Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that towels were left in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher upon your arrival. That is not our standard, and we have addressed this with our cleaning team. We are sorry the sleeping layout was not what you expected. Cozy Creek is listed on VRBO as having a master bedroom with a king bed, a separate bunk room with twin bunk beds, and an additional queen bed in the game room/basement. We do our best to clearly describe and photograph each sleeping space so guests can determine whether the layout is a good fit for their group. We're glad you enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and that check-in was easy. Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback.

Thank you so much for celebrating your first anniversary with us—what a special occasion! We’re truly honored you chose our cabin for it. I love that you enjoyed the peaceful creek and had time to relax in the hot tub—that’s exactly the kind of experience we hope every guest has. Thank you for your feedback, LeNae. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and location and appreciate you sharing where we can improve. Spring Break is a very busy time, and our teams are turning multiple cabins to be ready by 4:00 PM. Occasionally towels may still be finishing in the dryer at arrival. We understand how that can be frustrating and will continue working to improve this. There absolutely should have been more than one hand towel. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have immediately sent more—guest comfort is always our priority. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and the condition of the top bunks is not acceptable. If we had been notified, we would have sent someone out right away. Photos are always appreciated so we can address issues directly with our cleaning team. We will also check and replace the cornhole boards. We appreciate your feedback regarding the windows and will take it into consideration. The home being listed for sale does not impact our level of care—we remain fully committed to a 5-star experience. We appreciate your kind comments and would love to host you again for an even better stay.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the beauty, peaceful setting, and convenient location of the cabin. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the unexpected air conditioner issue. While those situations are never ideal, we're glad we were able to respond quickly and get an HVAC technician out as soon as possible so you could continue enjoying your stay. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. It means a great deal to hear that you would stay with us again, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another relaxing getaway!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the incredible views, the hot tub, the games for the kids, and found the cabin to be well maintained overall. We do want to address a few of your concerns for future guests. Unfortunately, the washer experienced an unexpected mechanical failure on the day of your arrival. As soon as we were notified, we immediately arranged for a service technician to inspect it. Unfortunately, replacement parts had to be ordered, which prevented the repair from being completed during your stay. We notified you as soon as we learned of the issue. Regarding the kitchen, we provide the amenities listed in our property description, including coffee, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. Cooking oils, sugar, and other pantry items are not included, as availability and freshness cannot be guaranteed between guests. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you for staying with us, and we wish you all the best.
