Spanning approximately 60 square meters, it features a spacious living/dining area, a shower room, one bedroom with a double bed, and a second interior bedroom with bunk beds, perfectly suited for 2-4 guests.

The apartment is equipped with eco-friendly amenities, including Eichenparkett flooring and energy-efficient appliances. All rooms have flat-screen TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available. The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

A large window front allows ample natural light and ventilation throughout the home. The bathroom boasts a spacious shower and heated towel rack.
