Our home comfortably accommodates families and groups with 4 cozy bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with ensuite full bathroom– perfect for couples



Bedroom 2: Queen Bed – spacious and relaxing



Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds



Bedroom 4: Bunk Bed (up-and-down style) with ensuite full bathroom, ideal for kids or younger guests



For larger groups, we also have large sofas in the living room that can accommodate 2 extra guests. These are not sofa beds, but offer an additional sleeping option if needed. Extra linens are available in the closet in case you decide to use the sofas as extra sleeping spaces.

Downtown Views 1 offers excellent connectivity. Many attractions, including Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, are walkable. Taxis, Uber, and Careem are always available, and the nearby metro provides easy access to the rest of the city.



Other Things to Note:

Family Friendly: Baby cribs are available upon request (please give us 24 hours' notice).



House Rules: Non-smoking apartment. AED 3,000 fee for indoor smoking. Smoking allowed on the balcony.



Fees: Late check-out is 350 AED/hour (subject to availability). Lost access cards are 500 AED.



Occupancy: We can comfortably host a maximum of 14 guests.

Dubai Regulations: Passport copies for all guests (including children) must be provided prior to check-in.
