In front of the house is an unheated sunroom with a view of the countryside. Dogs also have plenty of space to run around. Parking is available in front of the house. This former farmstead is located approximately 5 km from the castle town of Kollnburg and about 11 km from St. Englmar, where you’ll find countless hiking and biking trails as well as plenty of recreational activities for all ages. If you’re looking to escape the stress of everyday life, you’ve come to the right place. A 50% prepayment is required per booking within 14 days. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over on-site. Pets are allowed; the surcharge is 5 EUR per night per pet. Payment is due upon arrival. Tourist tax: The tax is 1.70 EUR per day of stay for adults and 0.90 EUR for children and adolescents from age six to age sixteen. Severely disabled persons with a disability rating of at least 50% (degree of reduced earning capacity) receive a 50% discount on the visitor’s tax upon request. Persons with severe disabilities (with a disability rating of 100 GdB) and their accompanying persons are exempt from the visitor’s tax. Payment is due upon arrival.
