Guest Limitations

Only the number of guests listed in your reservation are allowed to stay. Additional guests will incur a $40 per night fee.



Mail and package deliveries cannot be received at the apartment.



Charges for Lost Items

A $300 fee will be charged for lost keys, garage clickers, or parking permits (if applicable).



Late Check-out & Check-in Fees

Late check-out requests require one day’s notice and incur a $50 fee (subject to availability).

Late check-ins before midnight incur a $50 fee, and after midnight a $100 fee.

Parking Information

Parking in Downtown Los Angeles can be difficult. Metered parking and paid parking structures are nearby. I offer one secured parking spot for $30 per night.



Security & Monitoring

For security, the apartment has a Ring doorbell camera at the entrance to monitor guest arrivals. Only the guests listed in the booking are allowed entry. There are no cameras in any other part of the apartment.
