Second, your review is very thoughtful and especially helpful for us since we are new to hosting. Regarding the door codes, I am only able to set the code for our unit’s door. The front entrance door code is managed by the building owner, who is responsible for setting and maintaining it. Also, the instructions for how to use the washer–dryer combination are placed in the blue drawer for guests. We’re very happy to hear that you were able to enjoy quality family time during your stay at our property. We completely understand how frustrating it was for six people to have only one working toilet, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. It was never our intention to withhold information from you beforehand. The toilet had been working perfectly prior to your arrival, but unfortunately the issue occurred after the previous guests clogged it with an excessive amount of toilet paper. We genuinely believed we would be able to resolve the problem before your check-in by using a toilet treatment solution multiple times. After your group checked out, we continued treating it, and fortunately the toilet started working normally again. It appears the blockage simply needed more time to fully dissolve. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
