Our cozy, detached vacation home, located right on the Dollart dike, with a spacious lot and a parking space, awaits you. The house was lovingly restored in 2020 and features a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a sleeping loft, as well as a wind-sheltered terrace with outdoor furniture and a beach chair for relaxing.
A grill is also available for your use.
The house is in a very quiet location. From the dike, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the vast East Frisian landscape. It’s situated right on the Dollard Route and is ideal for bike rides or long walks, as well as for slowing down and unwinding. The incredibly cozy, historic fishing village of Ditzum is only 5 km away.


Since January 2020, the municipality of Jemgum has been collecting a guest tax (year-round). For more information, visit the Jemgum municipality website or contact your local tourist information office.



Vacation home:

Cozy, non-smoking house with a bedroom downstairs featuring a double bed (140×200 cm, without a footboard), a travel crib, and a window screen, as well as a sleeping loft with a double bed (200×200 cm, without a footboard). Renovated in 2020, the house features a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, a wind-protected patio with patio furniture and a grill, and a beach chair for relaxing. A lockable bike storage room is also included.
The house is situated in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the vast East Frisian landscape. It’s located directly on the Dollard Route, making it ideal for bike rides, long walks, and simply slowing down and unwinding. If you’d like to take your four-legged friend for a walk, the oil rig—right on the Dollart—is a great spot.
Our vacation home can accommodate up to two dogs for €5.00 per dog per night.
The incredibly cozy fishing village of Ditzum is just 5 km away.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
