Comfortably furnished suite (approx. 110 sqm) with kitchenette and balcony

This cozy, well-furnished suite, with 110 square meters of living space, can accommodate up to four adults and two children. The dining room, which includes a kitchenette, is equipped with a refrigerator that has a freezer compartment. The suite has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The large living room and one of the bedrooms also feature a pull-out sofa bed each. The highlight of the apartment is the east-facing balcony, ideal for breakfast in the morning sun. We’ll deliver breakfast rolls and mineral water right to your room. However, you can also book breakfast at Haus Maria, right next door. You can relax in our lovingly designed garden with a spacious lawn for sunbathing. A fitness room and coin-operated washer and dryer are also available in our building. The base rate includes parking (either on-street or in the underground garage), final cleaning, and bed linens and towels. Payment can be made in cash or by debit card during your stay. A deposit is not required. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Cancellations due to COVID-19 are free of charge. Check-in is from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you’d like to arrive earlier or check out after 10:00 AM, please contact us. Please check in at the reception desk at the Achmannhof upon arrival. If the reception desk is unstaffed, the key—labeled with your name and apartment number—will be waiting for you there. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available upon request. A visitor’s tax of 3.40 EUR (high season) will be charged separately on site. A bread roll service and mineral water delivery to your room are available. Additional charges may apply for use of the washing machine and bathrobe rental.
