Our beautiful country house is located in an exclusive, very quiet, and sunny residential area with a magnificent view of the beautiful Oberstdorf mountains. Our apartments, which accommodate 1–7 people, are spacious, cozy, and equipped with every comfort. All apartments are rated three or four stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

The included mountain railway ticket can be booked free of charge upon arrival. In winter, ski passes at special rates during our promotional periods!

We don’t just offer vacation apartments; with us, you’ll experience Oberstdorf hospitality in a cozy and friendly atmosphere. We want to provide you with a “temporary home” during your vacation. Our home is defined by our personal touch.
We’ll give you tips on hiking and where to stop for a bite at cozy inns, keep you informed about events, provide hiking maps, know all the “hidden trails,” and are simply your go-to people for any questions about your vacation. We know the names of our mountains, the difficulty levels of the ski runs, and the snow conditions. We’ll call a taxi, a doctor, a luggage service, or arrange anything else you might need. We know the weather almost as well as the weather forecast.
Our Landhaus ARKADIA is located in a quiet, upscale residential area with almost no traffic. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are just a 2-minute walk away; the Nebelhorn Cable Car, the ice rink, the Erdinger Ski Jumping Arena, and the playground are 5–10 minutes away; and the town center is 10 minutes away.

Hike to your heart’s content—all mountain railways can be booked for free upon arrival! There’s always something happening high up in the mountains—soar up into the mountains in the gondolas and let your feet take you wherever they please. The view of 400 peaks from the Nebelhorn is breathtaking; the Fellhorn is famous for its variety of rare flowers and plants and is considered one of the most beautiful hiking and flower-viewing mountains in the Alps. Enjoy the warm, soft patches of grass for resting, the high-altitude sunshine for lingering, and alpine huts for a cozy break.

The mountain railways at Nebelhorn, Fellhorn, Söllereck, Kanzelwandbahn, Walmendinger Horn, Ifen Chairlift, and Heubergarena. Free rides on local bus routes in Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal, as well as buses and trains throughout the Oberallgäu region.
