Enjoy all the comforts of home as you relax in an immaculate, beautifully decorated Florida pool home with Italian flair! All new kitchen appliances in black and black stainless were installed in December of 2023 which includes a side by side refrigerator with front ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, stove and microwave. There is also a side by side refrigerator in the garage for beverages and extra fruits, vegetables and meats. The kitchen is well equipped with blender, toaster, coffee maker and most anything you could possibly need. There is an additional side by side refrigerator in the garage for your additional beverages, fruits, vegetables, meats and seafood. 3 bedrooms; master has private bath. The master has a king bed; there is a queen in the second bedroom; and two twins in the third. There is a large living room with brand new recliner couch, love seat and lazy boy, large screen TV with cable. The main living area has the new open concept with a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen, dining room, and living room, with ceiling fans throughout. Both bathrooms have a tub / shower combination with granite counter tops. New luxury vinyl planking in bedrooms added in 2023. There is beautiful new furniture throughout the home, all with lovely Italian theme and accents. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. The 30 by 10' lanai has a table with 6 comfortable chairs, as well as a full lounge set and 2 chaise lounge chairs. Enjoy breakfast while listening to the beautiful song birds. There is a 10 by 10' patio with gas grill to prepare your favorite steaks, burgers and brats. A table and 4 chairs is there for you to relax while grilling. The 2 car garage is attached. There is central air and heating. This beautiful home is located just 5 minutes from the beach, and is close to grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants. There is a great diner just minutes away with homemade meals. Close to Punta Gorda, Boca Grande, Port Charlotte, Venice, Siesta Key Beach (a must see!) and 90 minutes from Tampa. Excellent Vacation!!

We had a great time at this location. Carolyn was a fantastic host and easy to work with, she was attentive to all of my questions right from the beginning. The home was beautiful and well-stocked with everything you needed; you felt like you were at home. The pool was beautiful, and the temperature was perfect; we spent many hours enjoying the pool. The neighborhood is safe and great if you enjoy walking or riding a bike. Thank you, Carolyn, for opening your home to my husband and me. We hope we can rent this beautiful home again in the future.

The best 2 months vocation we ever had!

We considered this renting property as our home for two months. Beautiful house, very nicely decorated, wonderful pool. We felt sad to leave it at the end of our term. I wanted to complement our host Carolyn great person, was very accommodating, pleasure to deal with!

We had a wonderful time at this property. My children could not get enough of the pool. The property manager was very nice, accommodating, and available to handle all concerns. The property was clean and very comfortable - especially the master suite. It was the perfect vacation. Iā€™m certain we will be visiting again.

Carolyn is a wonderful host! The first place weā€™ve stayed and I didnā€™t have to clean anything when we checked in. Clean and so very comfortable, we didnā€™t want to leave. The yard is perfect for our dog, the neighborhood is pleasant and nice to walk in. The pool and outdoor patio is so clean and relaxing. The pictures listed are true to how this property actually is and couldnā€™t be more spot on. The location of this property is perfect! Close to beaches and downtown yet tucked away in a quiet clean and friendly neighborhood. We will be renting this gem again.

My husband and I wanted a beach vacation with our children on the west coast of FL and we could not be happier with our stay at Carolyn's property. She was prompt to respond to us when needed, the house was clean, very organized, lots of information about what to do and where to go. We enjoyed the pool for a couple days and went to see the sunset at Englewood Beach, and we also spend a day at Siesta Beach.

Amazing Stay!!

My family was extremely happy with the house, pool and neighborhood. Everything was so clean and in perfect order. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Just a few minutes drive to the beach!! Fun vacation felt more like a home than a rental.

It was nice to have everything that you needed available to you. The pool was great and clean. Everything was close by including a lot of different places to get groceries. I highly recommend this place and will most likely stay again.

Wonderful vacation

We loved this home. The home owner Carolyn was great, no matter when I called she either answered or called me back immediately. The pool area was so relaxing, we spent many hours each day sitting on the very comfortable patio furniture reading, sun bathing or swimming in the awesome crystal clear pool. We ate many dinners on the beautiful out door dining set. The home is very comfortable and inviting, we were very sorry to be leaving. Thank You Carolyn for sharing your lovely home with us. Summary of house and area.

The house was clean, great screened porch A pool would be a great addition. Neighborhood is quite, although traffic on McCall can be noisy. It is close enough to shopping, would have liked to have a beach available, perhaps at the end of Winchester. Englewood beach is great, and not to busy during our stay. Being relatively close to Pt Charlotte mall was nice. We did notice that the filters and ducts need a good cleaning.

Palms and Breezes

This house, in our opinion, was nicer than the photos showed. It had very comfy furniture in the living room as well as the lanai.The lanai has three open sides so the breezes were wonderful. There are 10+ palms, the bigger ones seen from the lanai. The very clean house has pleasing decor and a great master suite. There is an ample supply of kitchen items as well as sheets and towels. It is in a nice neighborhood that is good for walking. We had a minor fix needed and it was taken care of immediately. Highway 776 is fairly close and an easy drive to Port Charlotte or town of Englewood. There are many nice restaurants in both areas. The Winn Dixie grocery store was just a few minutes (probably under 5) away so that was convenient. Very nice place!!

Enjoyed our stay at this property for five days

We rented this house for five days in January and found it to be just as it was described. It was very clean and well maintained. There was everything available that we needed for our stay with 4 children and 3 adults for five nights. Since I have had family living in Englewood for many years, I am very familiar with the area and had needed a place for my grandchildren to stay with me since my son is no longer living there and I like to have a chance to have the children stay with me. This house was perfect. The streets around the house are extremely quiet and a good area to have children. We were lucky that the weather was warm for for January and was a perfect 80 degrees for all of the visit.

Nice property! Convenient to beaches.

This was a well-furnished and equipped home that is highly suitable for families. We rented it for two weeks during Easter break for the families of our kids and grandkids. At the end of the rental time, everyone shared their enthusiasm for their Florida vacation. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm escape from winter weather.

a nice clean spacious house that makes you feel like you're on vacation.

we thought it was a very nice place and very well maintained. the kitchen comes fully equipped with a toaster a coffee machine and all the silverware and and basic necessities for a kitchen that you need.it's a big place with lots of singing so you can accomodate guests. we also got a lot of use out of the barbecue outside. it was a great vacation.

Perfect Vacation!

We loved staying at the home, and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area! The home was very nice and clean. We had 4 adults, Very roomy and plenty of space to relax. Great TV to relax at night and watch a movie. The furniture looked like new. The house was equipped with everything we could need, just bring your swim suit! Owner was great and was very helpful. We went to englewood beach which was an easy drive ab 5-10 mins away. Plenty of parking and restroom facilities. We enjoyed our weekend trip very much, like I said we would definitely recommend this house, it is the best deal around!!

This home has everything you would want in a vacation rental, close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants this is the perfect place to hang your hat for a week, month are forever, I would recommend this home 100% ,you will not be disappointed!!!!! owners are very nice and accommodating they want your stay to be a memorable one. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but still just minutes from grocery stores, golf courses, a library, other shopping and of course 4 beaches. Boca Grande and Siesta Key Beach, 2 world wide well reknown beaches are just a 15 and 45 minute drive respectively.
