Like nearly all homes in Estes Park, this mountain home has no air conditioning. Portable fans are provided and evening mountain air cools the home quickly.
Parking is limited: the garage is tight for large SUVs or trucks, and visitor parking can fill on busy weekends. You may need to briefly walk from overflow parking.
This is a three-story townhome. Guests who prefer to avoid stairs should be aware that bedrooms and living areas are spread across all levels.

Perched just above town with views of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide, this property offers both convenience and quiet. Youāll be near downtown Estes Park within minutes and only a short drive from Rocky Mountain National Park.
Two decks make it easy to enjoy sunrise coffee, sunset colors, and wildlife sightings. Elk frequently wander near the neighborhood, and the hillside location gives the home a peaceful, tucked-away feel while still close to restaurants, groceries, and shops.
Inside, warm wood finishes, multiple lounge spaces, and three and a half bathrooms make this home ideal for families, groups, or couples traveling together.
The loft looks down over the stone fireplace, the lower-level entertainment space offers extra room to relax, and every bedroom is designed for comfort after long days of exploring.

This unit is in a condo building and there are neighbors with shared walls. Do not expect seclusion in the woods!
SMOKING AND FIRES
Smoking is not allowed on the property due to high fire danger. Sorry! Also, outdoor wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes. Gas is OK.
BEARS
Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in!

We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn`t record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors.
