Check-in is 4pm or later, and check-out is 10am or earlier. Early check-in may be available for a small fee but can only be approved within 24 hours of arrival and only if cleaning schedules allow.
Like most mountain homes in Estes Park, this home has no air conditioning. Portable fans and cool evening air help regulate temperatures naturally.
This condo is part of a quiet multi-unit community near downtown. There are shared walls and limited parking. This home has a two-car garage and there is first-come, first-served exterior spaces.

Garage too small for vehicle (pickup) and parking was full when we arrived, other than that it was a perfect stay. Location was great, all necessary amenities (including toiletries). We love RMNP and would stay here again.
