The only rental house with private pool in the city of Myrtle Beach. Only few mins walk to the beach!
Must be 30+ to book and stay at the property, ID required.
4BR/4BA single family house. Private 8ft deep pool, 3ft shallow end. 2 decks, one is overlooking pool and has slight view of the ocean.
Barbecue grill using propane tanks, provided.
Free parking on driveway for 4 cars.
The property has access to well water, the pump is located by the fence in pool area.

No early check ins, late check outs, bags drop off, early\late parking etc.! Please respect our time to get big property ready for you. Sometimes early check in or late check out can be offered for a fee depending on schedule, we can let you know only one day before your check in.

From October we offer pool heating for extra charge as $35-75 a day depending on month of the year (goes towards gas utility bill, we do not make any money on it). If you want this option the fee must be paid for all of the days of your reservation, we do not offer heating up pool just for certain days. We promise the temperature of the water to be at least and around 79-80 degrees, which is the temperature recommended and considered to be standard for swimming pool users, but it's not a hot tub temperature just to be clear. Please note the temperature might be on lower side on your arrival day since gas heater needs some time to heat up the water in this huge pool.

Sorry, we are not allowing alterations of booked dates unless you are extending your stay or adding number of guests.
