Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few of the points mentioned. Regarding the ceiling fan, it was functioning properly and control remote only required batteries. We offered to bring batteries to you, but you indicated that it was fine as it was. As for the garbage disposal, although it was not functioning during your stay, there was another sink available for washing dishes, so this did not prevent you from using the kitchen. Regarding the beds, they were not dirty; the bedding had simply become wrinkled. As soon as you brought this to our attention, we came over and changed the bedding for you. If there was anything you needed or something that didn’t meet your expectations, I really wish you had told me right away so I could address it and make it better for you. You received a special discounted rate for your 3-night stay for the entire place, which includes 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a patio balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. For comparison, many hotels charge around $150 per night with taxes and fees for just one room and usually without a kitchen or additional rooms. Regarding the towels, there were 4 hand towels across the two bathrooms and 5 bath towels provided for two guests, which is normally more than sufficient. I also sent you a screenshot with the Wi-Fi information when you arrived to make sure you had everything you needed. I’m sorry if anything did not meet your expectations. I always do my best to make sure guests have a comfortable stay, and I would have gladly resolved any concerns if they had been brought to my attention during your visit.
