Our condo at Rice Brook is decorated with casual luxury. There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with 42' wall mounted tv. There is an en suite bath with a sliding barn door.
The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with down comforters.
There is a second bathroom with a bathtub.
The living area includes a fireplace, dining table, new kitchen, 60 inch tv and a deck with views of Sugarbush mountain.
There is storage for skis or golf clubs. Heated garage parking with elevator access.

Andra was a wonderful host- making sure we had everything we needed. This is a beautiful condo- perfect for a family; ski in/ski out. The kitchen is great for cooking and we enjoyed watching the groomers after dark

Amazing stay

Perfect ski in ski out condo. Everything you need, spacious, comfortable beds, fireplace was definitely needed during the cold temps that came in! Ski locker was a bonus as well as the heated garage! Communication with the host was amazing. No issues at all and would love to book again!

Amazing vacation rental!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. The location was incredible, we skied right out onto the trail that brought us near the beginner terrain area. Andra was very accommodating, we hope to come back next year.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, well-appointed condo. The location could not be better. We saw fireworks over the mountain right from the living room. Communication was excellent and our expectations overall were exceeded. We’d love to come back!

Great stay!

We stayed 3 nights at Andra’s condo and had a great stay. Condo is very clean and a very quick walk to Sugarbush base area in the summer - you can ski directly to the condo in the winter. Andra is a great host and very responsive in answering any questions we had. Views of the mountain and Steins run are excellent. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Trailside Sugarbush Condo

Such a spacious beautiful condo! Our daughter is a student at Norwich and loved her time there saying she felt “at home “. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Our family truly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic spot!

We had a great stay at Sugarbush - the condo was a quick walk (with skis or without) to the slopes and main base. It was very comfortable for my family of 4. Super clean, nicely decorated and it had anything we could have needed. Andra was extremely responsive and hospitable. We’d definitely stay again! condo is a quick walk to the main area

Fantastic stay :!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Five stars on every and all parameters! The flat is very well designed and decorated, everything perfectly clean and neat. The flat was super duper comfortable so we enjoyed spending some time in with the gas fire place and just had everything we needed on site. Sugarbush is unique in its own… but you even made it bigger. Cannot wait to return.

This property was very clean and in excellent condition. It's very close to the mountain and has a beautiful view of the ski slopes. All was as expected and wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you are willing to pay top $ for a rental. It's a very nice place with ample space (and underground indoor parking) - very rare for a ski condo.

Great Stay!

So happy with our stay. The owners were easily accessible and checked in but everything was perfect. Very clean. We stayed here for a graduation from Norwich University. The living area was perfectly set up for multiple age ranges to do a puzzle, cook, watch a movie without feeling on top of each other. The kitchen had everything needed to be able to cook like at home. We didn't ski but it is right next to the slopes. It was also really nice to have a garage space because it rained the whole time. We will definitely stay here again!

Wedding weekend

What a gem! My husband and I stayed here for a local wedding and it was perfect. The property was spotless, spacious, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Everything was well-stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We could hike up the ski trails at Sugarbush right outside the door! The host was friendly, communicative, and made herself easily available by phone should we need something. We come to this area a lot so we would love to stay again! Thank you!

Spectacular Eclipse Escape!

So happy with this condo and the host. Fantastic all around. The unit is so spacious and cozy and the underground garage, luggage dolly, huge elevator and wide doors made packing and unpacking a breeze! Our grandson enjoyed the balcony and loved watching skiers and people walking their dogs go by. We booked this last minute after we switched from Texas eclipse plans. So glad weather in Texas was not eclipse friendly. Vermont and this condo is the place to be! Thanks Andra again so very much! It really could not have been better.

Most beautiful condo in a perfect location

We chose VT as our last minute summer vacation due to Covid and the fact it was a "safe" state. That said, Andra's condo is not only beautifully decorated, it was clean, fully equipped, extremely comfortable and in a fantastic location. It literally looks at Sugarbush resort's slopes and is perfect for any outdoor enthusiast. Sugarbush was closed due to season/virus but we still were able to walk around the property and enjoy the outdoor space. We had coffee in the morning and wine/cocktails at sundown on the patio. Location-about 30 min from Waterbury, 40-45 from Stowe. We drove all over to play in the water falls and hike the different mountain ranges and found that this location was perfect for it. Waitsfield was at the bottom of the hill on RT 100 for the supermarkets, restaurants and such. We were tucked into the mountainside and it was truly one of our favorite family vacations. Andra was never more than a quick message away if I had any questions. We hope to be back sooner than later!

We have rented many ski condos over the years and this was our favorite. We loved it so much, we are planning another ski weekend there! Perfect for a family of 4-6. Andra is a fantastic host and went out of her way to help us enjoy our visit. Immaculately clean, modern, and organized, it had everything you need to feel at home. Cozy gas fireplace was so nice while watching a movie with the family. There’s a heated garage and a ski locker and most amazingly, you can walk out the door, step into your skis, and ski down to the lifts. Our kids immediately requested to go back. Thank you Andra!

We have traveled to many ski resorts. We chose Sugarbush because it is a world class resort with proximity to the major northeast cities.
We chose Rice Brook to have a luxurious stay year round. We did not want to deal with the hassles of driving to the mountain, parking, carrying skis, etc. We wanted true accessibility so everyone can come and go as they want at Sugarbush.

This 2-bedroom, single level condominium offers the ultimate in slop side living for fun year round. Located on the Sugarbush property it has trails outside your door for walking or hiking and of course skiing. This home includes an open floor plan, lovely views from its private balcony and one underground parking space. Details such as an ample farmhouse sink, gas fireplace, large mudroom, Energy Star Rated efficiency with super-insulated walls and high performance windows all add up to the ultimate in Vermont slope side living.
