Unique duplex apartment in the heart of Palermo Hollywood.



There is a wide social area where the living room, dining room and kitchen merge. There are 2 comfortable sofa beds in the living room. Next to this social area, there is a sunny patio, with an electric BBQ for meat and veggie lovers. By the patio you can find one of the bathrooms and the main bedroom.



A staircase takes us to the upper level, where we find 2 of the 3 bedrooms, with another full bathroom and an amazing private terrace with a small minipool.



Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.



The Neighborhood:

Palermo Hollywood is one of the most vivid areas in the city, with amazing cafes, bars and restaurants. You can find little shops and Michelin star's recommendations just around the corner.



Getting Around:

Subway is walking distance as well as train and buses options that will connect you easily with any part of the city.



Other Things to Note:

We can also store your luggage (while the property is being cleaned, inside the apartment in an orderly and locked manner; we do not have a reception in the building) in case you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
