Centrally located and only moments away from incredible dining, entertainment, & trails on the Spokane River, this is the perfect spot to enjoy CDA year round. Continue on the Centennial Trail to gain access to DT + the Lake. Take a break to enjoy a moment on the private patio, and community access to a BBQ area & firepit. Welcome to a simple warm stay, thoughtfully designed to give you your best stay yet!



The Space:

The master suite has a queen bed with a connected bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom also has a queen bed and a bathroom with a bathtub across the hall. Both bedrooms offer a full closet storage for longer stays.



If you have extra guests you can use the pull out futon in the living room that will comfortably sleep two more.



Riverstone has so much to offer with a Regal Movie theatre, Cold Stone Creamery, Vicinos Pizza, Azteca, Vine and Olive, Groove Berries Frozen Yogurt, and much more!



The Centennial trail is steps away with access to miles and miles of hiking and biking trails.



The living room has a large smart tv with access to Netflix and wifi. Our number one priority is to make you feel at home whether that is enjoying coffee at the condo or out exploring what Riverstone and Coeur d’Alene has to offer.



Guest Access:

The condo is on the 2nd story, with 2 designated parking spaces in the underground parking garage.



The Neighborhood:

Riverstone is an awesome community with everything you need to enjoy a vacation, including retail stores, award winning restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops, a Cinema, a park with summer concerts, and the Centennial trail along the Spokane River that also leads you to downtown CDA and the city beach on the lake. It is a short drive to the airport, and is a must see place in Northern Idaho!



Getting Around:

A huge benefit to choosing a vacation condo in the Riverstone community is that once you arrive, there is no need for you to even drive your vehicle again for the remainder of your stay thanks to all the amenities and trails surrounding you!
