This home sits high on a hill overlooking the Buffalo Valley. For Winter, it is within 20 minutes from Togwotee Mountain Lodge and Turpin Meadows for snowmobiling and x-country skiing. It is 40 minutes from the Town of Jackson and Snow King Resort. It is 60 minutes from Teton Village Skiing.

For Spring, Summer and Autumn, the home is within a few minutes drive to the entrance to Grand Teton National Park which has restaurants and taverns with breathtaking views. Dining at Jackson Lake Lodge and Signal Mountain Lodge are minutes away. A little further drive takes you to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. This is a spacious, clean and very comfortable home. It is truly a place to get away from the routine and live in a place surrounded by nature and beauty.

It provides a quiet setting with sleeping accommodations for 10 guests. There is a wraparound deck with deck tables, chairs and a family size gas grill, that has a direct view of the beautiful scenery below. There is a Master Bedroom with a king size bed and three bedrooms with queen size beds. A back room with 2 twin beds adjoins one of the rooms with a queen size bed and is perfect for young children. The formal living room has a rock chimney with a wood burning stove, a high ceiling and four large windows with a view of the Buffalo Valley, Mount Leidy and the buffalo fork of the Snake River. The dining room sits a step above the living room providing the continued spectacular view. The table seats 8 - 10. The den has a stone fireplace enclosing another wood burning stove. It has a sleeper sofa and comfortable chairs for watching the HD TV. There is a beverage refrigerator and a wine cooler for convenient entertainment. Hughes Net Gen 5 WiFi is available throughout the home. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has an Electrolux gas stove and oven, a Bosch dishwasher and a large Maytag refrigerator. A small table and chairs are provided underneath a picture window for enjoying the morning coffee or tea. Upstairs provides a loft overlooking the views from the front windows. Comfortable bedrooms and a full bath adjoin the loft.

Wonderful house with plenty of space and amazing views of the Buffalo Fork valley. We had everything we needed for a great two-week stay just a few minutes from Grand Teton National Park. This was without doubt the best VRBO we've stayed in.

Perfect Getaway

This was perfect for our family to enjoy the area. The home is spacious and well equipped. The view is amazing. We saw abundant wildlife in Grand Teton National Park. Great memories were made here.

Wonderful Home, Perfect Location

We found this home to be even better than the online photos! The home is very clean, comfortable, and situated in a breathtaking location with a great deck for morning coffee and evening stargazing. The bedding and mattresses are excellent and the kitchen has all the dishes and cooking tools you could need. We were very impressed with the home and the owner was great to work with.

Peaceful Setting

Family of six enjoyed our stay. Cabin was clean and had all the amenities that allowed us to make great breakfasts and grill dinners in the evenings. Great view of the valley below. Take note you can’t see The Tetons from the cabin but the Jackson Lake entrance is only a 5 minute drive west of the cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Birthday Vacation

Abigail’s home was perfect for our family in terms of location and space. There were a lot of wow’s when the family first walked into the cabin, and that continued through the stay. We had enough room to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was nicely arranged and stocked so the three families could prepare meals for the ten people. We all marveled at the views from the home and the ease of driving to both National Parks and Jackson. We feel truly blessed to have had this experience! Thank you, Abigail!

Jackson Hole to Yellowstone

Perfect location for experiencing Wyoming's beautiful, dramatic landscapes and wildlife. Views from the house were "Grand" from dust to dawn. We especially loved watching the rogue thunderstorm that passed through one evening from the picture framed windows. The house was perfect for our family of nine. Thank you Abbe!

Location! Location! Location!

We were looking for a big property in close approximation to both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and this property delivered. We had nine adults in our party and we were easily accommodated for. We cooked in for most of the week and the kitchen performed really well with many cooks getting involved in meal preparation. The house felt spacious and we were not on top of each other. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Quiet Setting with a Grand View

The property is conveniently located just a few miles from the North entrance to Grand Teton Park and has a grand view across a valley to the mountains beyond. It was a great location for visiting both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The owner was always available for questions along the way and I would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful property

Perfectly located between Yellowstone and Jackson this beautiful cabin housed our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) just great! The house had the perfect arrangement of bedrooms for our family. Our host was easily accessible, although we had only one minor issue which was fixed with a text message. Of course, the view from the living room is spectacular and the proximity to Jackson and Yellowstone is perfect. I'd highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home, wonderful location and amazing views

Absolutely perfect Family getaway for relaxation and exploration of Moran, Jackson, Tetons and Yellowstone. Home provided most breathtaking views and perfect complement to the stunning beauty found around every corner in this area of WY. Owners were beyond accommodating and went out of their way to make our trip and experience first-class. This is the perfect home for a trip with close friends and/or family. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

The cabin has a spectacular view of river and mountains and is close to GTNP.

Beautiful location with handyman nearby to fix ordinary problems (eg. dead battery in smoke detector.). We loved spotting wildlife through the huge plate glass windows as well as right in the front yard. Close proximity to GTNP allowed us to be spontaneous: go see the sunset, look for bison, go out to eat in the park, etc. My husband and I are older adults and the many levels of the house were a bit tricky for us, but certainly not our grandsons. Also, the downstairs bathroom is not close to the downstairs bedroom. Again, for older people that was a bit of a problem at night. Overall we loved the house and the experience of immersing ourselves in the spectacular park.

Born on the East Coast, I always dreamed of traveling West. I completed my education in the East and then began traveling West with relocation of employment. Although continually traveling between the East and the West, I visited Jackson Hole and I took root there. I have called it home ever since.

During a vacation to Jackson Hole in the 80's, I was so taken with the surrounding beauty that I knew where I wanted to reside. I purchased a home in the Town of Jackson in the 90's but kept driving North of Town for the views of mountains, valleys and wildlife. In 2006, I purchased my cabin sitting on a hill overlooking the Buffalo Valley and was surrounded by the beauty and wildlife that I always dreamed of.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This home offers beautiful views and an abundance of wildlife. The large windows allow the continuous observation of nature in all its beauty. From these windows I have seen a couple of moose cross the yard on a stroll and a mother elk, nudge her young calf across the Buffalo Fork. In the surrounding area, there are also Bald Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, Ospreys, and Trumpeter Swans for the Bird Watchers. Trail Riding is a short walk from the front door. Hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing are all accessible from the cabin.
