Welcome to our relaxed, family-friendly home in beautiful Gulf Harbour on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula.

This is our real family home — warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for everyday living. We open it up so other families can enjoy the space just as we do.

Sleeping Arrangements
1 bedroom with a queen bed
1 bedroom with twin beds (can convert to double)
1 bedroom with bunk beds (best suited for children)

Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably.

For larger families (6+ guests), we can open an additional master bedroom with ensuite — see pricing details below.

Washing machine and dryer (perfect for sandy clothes)

Pricing & Room Access
Base rate includes up to 4–5 guests using the 3 bedrooms
Additional guest fees apply for guests 6+
The master bedroom + ensuite is opened for bookings of 6 or more guests
Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests, as room access is based on this.

Please Note
This home is best suited to families or mixed groups.
One bedroom has bunk beds and is designed for children
It may not suit groups of adults wanting separate, equal bedrooms
