Modern Apartment "Oberplunerhof - Bruneck" with Wi-Fi and Balcony

Oberplunerhof is located in Kiens, in the heart of South Tyrol, just 15 minutes from the Kronplatz ski area base station—perfect for active guests and those seeking peace. Set outside the village, you enjoy a quiet location with views of the valley and river, surrounded by meadows and forests. The “Bruneck” apartment on the first floor accommodates 2 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and sleeping area with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet, satellite TV, and internet. Two balconies invite you to relax.



The spacious garden offers a sunbathing lawn, a terrace with barbecue, a hammock, and a playground. Hiking trails start directly at the property, and in winter, Kronplatz offers slopes and cross-country trails. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are just minutes away.



A special service: fresh bread, milk, and eggs are delivered right to your door. If you wish, you can fish for trout at the nearby farm and grill them fresh. Guests also receive a benefit card with many extras: free use of all public transport in South Tyrol, guided hikes, and discounts on various activities.



Families can tour the farm with 30 dairy cows, help feed the sheep, or spend a day at the family alp. Homemade products like jam, honey, syrup, apple juice, and eggs (seasonal) are also available.



Parking is available. Dogs are welcome (for an extra fee). Ordered products and the local tax are to be paid in cash on site. Minimum stay: 3 nights, 7 nights in high season. For shorter stays, an extra fee applies.
