The Space:

Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this vacation home is ideal for golfers, nature lovers, and couples or friends traveling together. Start your mornings with coffee in the peaceful outdoor seating area, then spend the day on the greens or exploring the nearby Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve. Looking for a beach day? Fort Myers Beach is just a short drive away.



After a day of adventure, unwind back at the condo with your favorite snacks, kick back on the couch, and enjoy a cozy movie night on the Smart TVs.

The apartment also includes a separate storage room located outside the unit on the same floor. Two complete golf sets (for men and women) are stored there. The clubs may be used free of charge for golfing.

In the event of loss or damage to the golf clubs, the guest is liable for compensation, and the cost of replacement will be charged to the guest.

When renting this apartment, a temporary membership of the golf club is included for the duration of your stay. You can use all community facilities, such as the 18-hole golf course, as often as you like.



Guest Access:

You will receive the door code from us prior to your arrival, allowing you to access the house independently.

The vacation apartment is located in a quiet and spacious residential area of Lehigh Acres, which is especially popular with guests who value relaxation, privacy, and nature. The neighborhood is characterized by modern single-family homes, large lots, palm trees, and plenty of greenery—ideal for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle.

Lehigh Acres offers a pleasant, laid-back Florida atmosphere while also serving as an excellent base for exploring Southwest Florida. The low housing density ensures tranquility and a high level of privacy, making it perfect for couples, families, or long-term vacationers.



Other Things to Note:

- Small dog breeds that are obedient and house-trained are allowed. The breed and weight of the dog must be provided by the guest in advance. Large breeds, dangerous fighting dogs, and dogs weighing over 20 pounds are not permitted.

- This single-story condo on the 3rd floor offers step-free access

- The community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for guest use

- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video and audio when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
