The amenities were wonderful and we all had a great time. The 5 grandkids loved the playroom and outdoor play area and we all enjoyed the pool. The host and team were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and were quick to offer help or instruction. We look forward to visiting again!

This home is like a dream Vrbo. It has everything you could want for family fun. There wasn’t a pool cover when we stayed, or high locks on the many doors to go outside to the pool… for families with small children, especially multiple small children, this is something to note when booking for safety! For older kids, it would be perfect! We loved our stay!

The house was fantastic. So open and everything you could think of to keep the grandkids happy. Great communication with the owners. Fantastic location. This place would be wonderful for a multi-family vacation or even a youth group. So happy I hatred to leave!

The pool wasn’t open for the season yet, and the weather would have been too cool; however there were so many amenities that were absolutely wonderful!

Upon arrival we found the house was full of flies and several wet spots on carpets and floors. The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat and not 100 percent sure it was just the outside temperature as an air conditioner repair tech stated their was a leak in the system and we spent two very warm nights with temperatures in the high 70s. After the tech serviced it it was better but still seemed to struggle. The game room and theater room were a nice addition and it made easy to accommodate our large family. The over all property would have been great if the cleaning had been done better and without the issues with the air conditioning not working right. Plenty of bathroom and bed rooms for a large family and the extra play spaces for kids was helpful in getting all the energy used up.

We had 20 people (5 young kids within that 20) stay for a long weekend over Labor Day weekend. It was extremely hot out during that time. The first day we got there, it was 82 degrees in the house while the A/C was set to 71. The batteries were dead in the remote to the big fan in the kitchen so the host provided the code to the supply closet but it did not have the correct batteries. After 4 hours in the heat with littles, a family member went out to buy 5 or 6 box fans to try to start to cool the house off. The host initially was very responsive and ordered delivery of the batteries although we already had someone picking them up by that point. However, once asking for the A/C to be looked at because it got upto 87 in the house which was miserable with babies, the host took over an hour to respond at which point VRBO support was contacted for further support. The host did end up installing 2 extra window units the next day to try to help cool off the house, however, one bedroom remained in the high 70’s for the duration of the stay. There were chips in one of the mother in law suite’s beds upon arrival, leading us to question the cleaning level. Overall the property is beautiful, has something for all age groups and was a lot of fun, however, I wouldn’t recommend it on hot weekends nor would i pay the premium price for holiday weekends.

It was definitely big enough for several families. The kids loved the game room and pool. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels for everyone. 3 sets of washer and dryers to clean towels & clothes. The bunk room was very warm. It didn’t seem to cool off. We didn’t use the bar room at all. To warm in there- just a fan. Not enough big pots for the amount of people and the frying pans are very dirty(burnt). Could not get them clean. I would have needed steel wool & still I don’t know if they would come clean. Garbage compactor is filthy. Otherwise everything was great. Everyone had a good time. Lots of room. Nice and close to the Ark Encounter. To parents with small children, there is no fence around pool or pool cover. Need to keep and eye on kids 24/7. Slider from bar room does not lock. Also there is a door leading outside from small children’s playroom which is dangerous. Must be supervised.
