2) No illegal activity / business to be conducted during the stay.
3) No pets
4) No loud parties/large scale events

Newly constructed, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, corporate-furnished, fully-equipped granite countertops with kitchens up and downstairs, sleeps 16, commercial carpets, hard-wood upstairs kitchen, master jetted tub, unobstructed views of east-side mountains (the 'Y') and the golf course clubhouse, flat HD screens up/down, cable, WiFi, internet access, security system, 3 car garage, side-garage RV Pad; all utilities included. Same Rate Year-Round except for Thanksgiving and Christmas Weeks.
