Downtown Bentonville—with museums, dining and shopping—is about 15 minutes away.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to explore the region; parking is available in the garage and driveway. The Back 40 trail system starts just a short walk from the house, while other Bella Vista trails and lakes are a quick bike ride or drive. Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges Museum are roughly 15 minutes south. There is limited public transit, so rideshares or driving are the best options.

· We stock starter soap, shampoo, paper goods, coffee, and tea to get you settled. For longer stays, you may need to replenish your own supply.

· Trash and recycling are picked up on Thursday mornings.

· This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so quiet hours run 9 PM to 8 AM.

· No smoking, and no parties or events, please.

· The home is not pet-friendly.

· Please park in the driveway or garage only, as a city ordinance prohibits street parking.

· You'll want a car; rideshares and public transit are limited out here.
