In this cozy vacation rental, located right by the beach, you’ll find plenty of space to relax after a long day at the beach. The comfortably furnished, two-room, non-smoking apartment is located right by the beach in the center of Cuxhaven-Duhnen. The apartment is on the second floor of the Elbe I apartment complex and is accessible only by stairs; however, a hallway on the first floor leads to the elevator and the underground parking garage.
A small entryway leads to the shower room, the separate bedroom, and the living area with an adjoining kitchen.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, a dining area, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The small adjoining kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, two electric hot plates, and a coffee maker.
The separate bedroom features a double bed and storage space.
You can conveniently park your car in the building’s underground garage. The entrance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m. Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.

Please note that construction noise may occur due to construction work on Wehrbergsweg (in the immediate vicinity of Haus Elbe I). If this causes any inconvenience, please contact us.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.—please return the key to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
Please note that construction noise may occur due to construction work on Wehrbergsweg (in the immediate vicinity of Haus Elbe I). If this causes any disturbance, please contact us.
