The Space:
Step into this spacious, single-level home where bright interiors flow seamlessly into a private backyard oasis. Designed for groups, the open living area features a smart TV and a striking textured fireplace, creating a welcoming hub for everyone to gather.
The fully-equipped galley kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ready for you to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. A large dining table provides comfortable seating for your entire group to share a meal together.
This home comfortably accommodates your group across five restful bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and French doors opening to the backyard. Two other bedrooms offer plush queen beds, while the remaining two are each furnished with a full bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone.
Your private backyard is a true highlight, centered around a sparkling swimming pool and turf-lined lounge area. It's the perfect spot to soak up the California sun. For your convenience, dedicated driveway parking is included.
Please note, this is the private lower-level residence of a two-unit property. While you have a separate entrance and exclusive use of the home, backyard, and pool, we ask that you be mindful of the quiet neighbors living in the separate upstairs unit.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire lower-level home. This includes your own private entrance, the spacious backyard, and the sparkling swimming pool. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay.

The boutiques and restaurants of West Hollywood are nearby, and Museum Row, home to LACMA and the La Brea Tar Pits, is also just a quick drive away.
This convenient location provides an ideal balance, allowing for easy exploration of the city's top destinations before returning to your peaceful, private retreat.

* Property Layout: This is the lower-level unit of a two-unit property. You will have a completely private experience, but please be aware there are quiet neighbors living in the separate upstairs unit.
* Pool Heating: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $150 per day. Please provide advance notice if you would like the pool heated for your stay.
* Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the property's entryways. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private backyard areas.
* Guest Verification: All guests are required to complete a brief check-in verification form before arrival. This helps ensure a safe and secure experience for everyone.
* Address: For security reasons, the exact address will be shared after your booking is confirmed. The property is located just a few houses from the address shown on the map.
