Our house is located in a quiet and sunny spot on the edge of the forest in Oberschönau. The four vacation apartments, accommodating 2 to 6 people, are functionally equipped and feature a living/sleeping area with a color TV, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a terrace or balcony. Ample parking is available at the house (with storage space for bicycles). There is also the option to charge electric cars. The house’s central location makes it the ideal starting point for your adventures in and around the Berchtesgaden mountains. Königssee is 2.5 km away, Ramsau is 5 km away, and Berchtesgaden is approximately 3 km away. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find well-maintained restaurants, a bakery and café, grocery stores and a butcher shop, a bus stop, and a doctor’s office. Right in your neighborhood, you’ll find the Gradierwerk, an outdoor swimming pool, a spa center, a pharmacy, and the “Haus des Gastes.” Prices upon request. Our Königssee vacation rental is located on the second floor. It features two separate bedrooms, a living room with a cozy dining area, satellite TV and radio, Wi-Fi, as well as a kitchen with an oven, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a hair dryer, and towels. The vacation rental also includes two balconies.
