Nature Vacations - Activities at the Nature Reserve

This apartment is ideal for a vacation in the countryside away from noisy neighbors; it’s located on the outskirts of Steinenbronn, right next to (the last house in) the nature reserve. The light-filled apartment is located in the basement of the owner’s private home and serves as the perfect starting point for a wide range of outdoor activities. Whether hiking, cycling, mountain biking, or taking a trip to nearby Schönbuch, visiting Ritter Sport, or exploring Stuttgart—there’s something for everyone.

The apartment has an area of 34 m² and was completely renovated when the house was purchased. The apartment is located in the basement of the owner-occupied house and is accessible via 14 steps, meaning it is not wheelchair accessible. The kitchenette can be “hidden” with sliding curtains—the entryway can also be closed off with an opaque curtain, so that, together with the roller shutters, the room can be completely darkened for a restful night’s sleep.
The room has two double beds, one measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and the other 1.40 x 2.00 m, so that up to 4 people can comfortably stay overnight.

Access is limited to the guest apartment. Access is also possible outside the specified times by arrangement, provided the apartment has already been cleaned for the rental. The key is located in a key box accessible from the outside.

If you’re not used to airplane noise, we recommend bringing earplugs to ensure a truly restful night’s sleep. However, we’ve also left some on the bed :)

The room is available starting at 3:00 PM and should be vacated by 10:00 AM the next day.

An iron is available upon request.

For stays with a dog, an additional cleaning fee of 20 € will be charged.

Late checkout is available upon request for 30 €; the apartment must then be vacated by 3:00 PM. (subject to availability)
