The upper main level dining room has amazing views and a new dining table that seats eight. The well-equipped full kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, and the walkout lower level offers a family room with a game table and a satellite HD flatscreen TV. Enjoy the free WiFi, play one of the provided games, or head out onto the furnished deck to grill or catch a glimpse of grazing deer and elk.

Located next door to this property is another cabin called Deer Mountain Lodge North that can host up to six guests, making it an ideal place for a quiet family reunion or a place for a large group to relax and unwind.

We loved the space and proximity to RMNP, and the views were fabulous! Gorgeous elk in the front yard and beautiful sunrises from the deck, thanks for that stay!

This vacation home is situated in a great location to enjoy both the National Park and the quaint and fun downtown area of Estes Park. The home has all the amenities you'll need for a mountain vacation getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The mountain views were absolutely spectacular, and the location was perfect for our early morning hikes into RMNP.We also loved seeing the abundant wildlife—it was amazing to watch the animals in their natural surroundings. The cabin is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores, which made everything very easy and enjoyable.We had one minor issue with the door code when during our stay, but the property manager responded immediately and resolved it without any problem.We have visited Estes Park several times, and this rental has definitely made our list of favorite places to stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great view of the Rockies. Plenty of wildlife right outside our cabin. And just peaceful and serene to rest and enjoy our time away from the craziness of life.
Deer outside every day of our cabin.
Elk right down the driveway from our cabin.
Close to all the hiking trails on Estes Park.

Clean Property with Terrific Views

Great property with a terrific layout for a family, easily accomodated six with beds to spare. Property was extremely clean at check-in and was a great base for exploring RMNP.

Great location!

The house is so close to Beaver Meadows RMNP entrance. We saw lots of wildlife in the yard. The house is comfortable and adequately stocked for the coming we wanted to do. We would stay here again.

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here! Cabin was in a perfect location since we were spending most of our time at Rocky Mountain, views from the decks were beautiful! Highly recommend

Excellent location.

House was perfect for our family. Kitchen is small but was pretty well stocked. Fireplace was only for appearances and not designed to provide any heat.

Enough space for both of our families. Beautiful views and great deck to look out from to watch the stars and mountains. When we arrived it seemed like the floors were not well cleaned. Dirty and dusty.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

Beautiful scenery, had everything we needed. Within a 10 minute drive of town, with little restaurants nearby. The check-in process could be improved. 4pm is quite late and no early check-in options after 2 days of travel and camping was rough. Aside from that, everything was 5 stars!

Perfect Location and Splendid View

Our family of 4 stayed at this property for 5 days, and it was the perfect location for us to visit Rocky Mountain National Park daily. Everything was organized and clean. We are happy with the check-in reminders and check-out instructions. We are also delighted with the supplies at the house. Overall, it was one of the best stays we had using VRBO, and we recommend that anyone stay at this property!

October Stay

Other than checking in with a faulty carbon monoxide detector beeping when we arrived the house was great. We loved all the elk around the property which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Nice home in a prime Estes location with a great view.

We had two nights in Estes with days to be spent in RMNP. This home was in a great location just off the HWY 36 entry to the park. Comfortable tri-level space with cozy living room with a walk out deck to an amazing view of Longs Peak. Master bedroom is only one we used (just 2 of us) and it had a comfortable bed and a great master suite. Home in very good shape with just a few items we are passing on to the owner and I’m sure they will address. Definitely would stay again.

Family Vacation

We were with some of our adult children. The easy access to RMNP was the best feature of the VRBO. It allowed us to get into the park early so time restrictions were not a problem. The downside to this specific VRBO was that it was not as clean as we would have liked. Some of the dishes needed additional cleaning, and the dishwasher was not especially clean either.

Estes Park Property Review

Great property and location. Would stay here again. Rating due to a few minor inconveniences. Clocks need new batteries. No dishwater detergent. One bedroom ceiling lightbulb needs to be replaced. A couple of bedroom table lamp sockets need repair. A box of Kleenex would have been nice.

Close to perfect

Beautiful home. Mostly well stocked. Minor hiccup with check in. The boiler plate instructions had an inaccurate door code which made us struggle a bit to get inside. Communication was good at times and abysmal at others. No dishwasher detergent which slowed down checkout. I would definitely stay again though.

Great location. Spacious living. If you have trouble with stairs, this is not your place.

Property was clean and it has great views of the mountains. GPS could not take us to the property. If we did not arrive in the day light, there would be no way we would have found the property. Three levels in the house. There was no bathroom on the top level with the kitchen and living room. If you have trouble with stairs, this should not be your choice. Was surprised to make the reservation in VRBO and then had to deal with a third party company VACASA for details on arrival. During time of pandemic, I would rather have dealt with one contact and had a better cancellation policy.

VRBO is a booking site, but they don't manage this home. After booking we send guests confirmation emails along with check-in emails. We are also available 24 hours a day to assist if guests have any questions or concerns. We are frequently updating our cancelation policy to be as flexible as possible during this pandemic.
