The hill villa has three floors. We (the hosts) live quietly on the third and first floor ensuring you have plenty of privacy and space to enjoy the second-floor amenities and the incredible terrace to yourselves.
Step outside and take in the magnificent views! You'll be greeted by the world-class scenery of the Cook Inlet and the dramatic mountain ranges. And when darkness falls on a cloudless night, keep an eye out for the unforgettable spectacle of the Aurora Borealis. We hope you get to see it!
Great for: couples, girls' trips, solo adventurers, and families seeking a peaceful, scenic escape with stunning views and a comfortable stay — and who are perfectly fine with a shared-home layout. Layout note: guests enjoy the entire second floor; the owners live on the first and third floors, so you may occasionally cross paths.Please note: if you require absolute privacy, this may not be the ideal fit.

Your hosts are a couple from China who have been living in Anchorage for 30 years. We have a cat, are very hospitable, and love to chat. But if you prefer to be alone and enjoy the peace of the forest, that’s great too.
