Five apartments with a large, bright common area and a great view! <br><br>If you’re looking for a place where you can have a great time with friends or family, then you’ve come to the right place. We offer a spacious group house that you can have all to yourselves to relax with your loved ones—even in the fall and winter: The Baltic Sea is a beautiful place when it’s crisp and cold, and you can warm up with a cup of tea back at the house after a walk along the nearby cliffs. <br><br>Our cozy 80-square-meter group room with an open kitchen spans the entire upper floor. It can comfortably accommodate about 22 people. The group room features a loft with armchairs and a bed, as well as restrooms, a bathroom, a 25-square-meter balcony, and a huge window area with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. <br><br>The house also has four apartments on the first floor, accommodating up to 22 guests. Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchen, private shower room, and a private wooden terrace. Depending on the season, it’s also possible to expand your stay by booking additional rooms in the neighboring houses. Please feel free to inquire about prices in advance.
