Admiralshaus - House in Stralsund's Old Town

Right in the heart of Stralsund, available for up to 6 people.

The Admiralshaus is approximately 108 square meters, featuring 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on the 2nd floor, a bedroom with 2 single beds on the 1st floor, and a large living area with a sleeper sofa and an open kitchen with a dining and seating area on the first floor.

From the living room, you have access to a cozy terrace where you can also barbecue (grill rental available upon request).
The living room features a large HDTV with cable and a Wi-Fi access point that ensures a stable connection for your computer and cell phone.
The house has a bathroom on the first floor with a bathtub, an integrated shower, and a toilet.

A washing machine is available in the Admiralshaus. A clothes rack is provided for drying your laundry.

In the open-concept kitchen with a cooking island, a four-burner stove with an oven and a microwave allow you to prepare your own meals. A dishwasher takes the hassle out of washing dishes. A refrigerator with a freezer keeps your food fresh—a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker ensure a delicious breakfast.
A large dining table invites you to play games and enjoy a feast.
Our house is a smoke-free property. Instead, you’ll find a designated smoking area in our courtyard.
Bed linens and towels are included for our guests. And of course, the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival.
If you need a travel crib, changing table, or high chair, simply let us know when you book, and we’ll provide them free of charge.
You may stay in the apartment until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to check in starting at 3:00 p.m.



Nestled among the island paradises of Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom, and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, and set against the picturesque landscape of the Vorpommern Bodden coast, lies the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.

Our quietly located vacation apartments and vacation home are situated in the Old Town, right next to the Old Market, which is less than 50 meters away. The theater, the beautiful town hall, the tourist information center, and the harbor are just a 2-minute walk away.



Shopping options are available nearby. A supermarket is a 250-meter walk across the Old Market. The pedestrian zone between the Old and New Markets, with its many shops, begins just 100 meters away. Many restaurants and breakfast cafés are right nearby. The harbor and the Ozeaneum are a 10–12-minute walk away.

If you’re arriving by car, there are several parking garages available in the Old Town.
The parking garages at the Maritime Museum, the Ozeaneum, and the harbor offer multi-day tickets for 8 EUR per day (ticket shop/card payment only). Paid electric vehicle charging stations are also available there. 

Bicycles can be parked (uncovered) in the courtyard. The courtyard is accessible via 5 steps and is reserved exclusively for guests of the property. E-bikes can also be charged in the courtyard (outlet in the side building).

All apartments have access to the shared washing machine on the top floor. A clothes rack for drying your laundry is available in every vacation apartment.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
