Boating Information

Boat slips are available through Skipjack Marina but are not included with the rental. Guests needing dockage, trailer parking, or boat ramp access should contact the Dockmaster directly to coordinate arrangements prior to arrival. Slip placement is based on availability and may be located near the villa for added convenience.

Guests enjoy private entry to this second-floor waterfront suite with full access to the marina, cozy fire pit area, waterfront lounge spaces, hammock seating, grilling area, and all resort amenities. Please note access is via staircase only, as there is no elevator in the building.
