This property was perfect for our stay in Georgia. We were there for a six day baseball tournament. Very helpful and friendly host. If there were any questions that I had, they were answered right away. Property is in a perfect location. Friendly neighbors, and close to restaurants, stores, and entertainment. If we ever head back to Georgia, I know where I’m going to be staying.

The host had guests leaving the day we arrived. There should have been a day in between our arrival. The place was a mess. A cabinet in one of the rooms looks like it was going to collapse if the wind blew. It looked like someone threw up or spilled something down the master bathroom wall. The trash was over flowing and animals got into it. I cleaned up the trash bags that were outside the can. They were covered in maggots. The house was in desperate need of a cleaning. In the main bedroom there was green crusty things on the pillows that you could scrape off with your finger. There were roaches that kept coming from beneath and inside the fridge. There was no walking path from the deck to the driveway. You had to walk down a muddy area with tree roots and rocks. The host, Ashley wasn’t even in town to fix any issues. I talked with her parents once who complained about being a hour away. Other issues: the hot water was hot enough to burn you. It ran hot even in the wash. The house wasn’t as described. We ended up leaving a day early because it was too much. There wasn’t an exhaust fan in the main bathroom. I give this 1.5 stars out of 5

This property is good once you get inside. It is clean and everything functioned well. It has plenty of space especially in the basement. But, the outside does need some work. Driveway had muds (it was raining) and we had to step in it to get into the property. The front yard and backyard are both in need of landscaping and I hope the owner fix the mud issue in the driveway.
