The south-facing terrace of the non-smoking apartment at the hospital, located on the first floor of the annex, invites you to relax while enjoying views of the garden and the Melanchthon Church (200 m). A sunshade provides shade from May or June through approximately October each year over part of the south-facing terrace, which is accessible through a balcony door and is about 20 cm lower than the apartment.
You’ll live and sleep in a separately lockable room with a double sofa bed (which can be used as an extra bed) and a small open kitchen with an exhaust fan, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and small oven. The apartment is located at the end of a short hallway, which also leads to your shower/toilet (across from the front door) and the building’s utility rooms, which are used only by the host.
Smoking is permitted outdoors on the property, on the terrace, or in the property’s covered seating area.
At Penny (300 m), Edeka, Kaufland, Norma, and Lidl, you can shop close to your accommodation. There are also snack bars and restaurants.

Our two small, cozy apartments near the hospital are located in a beautiful historic building with an annex, built in 1898 and renovated in 1994–95. They are modernly furnished and lovingly decorated. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the property (courtyard and garden) or on the building’s covered patio.
Wi-Fi, energy costs, an initial supply of bed linens and towels, and final cleaning are included.
In addition to primarily serving tourists, the apartments are also suitable for singles, apprentices, interns, students, business travelers, and technicians, even for longer stays.
Located in the immediate vicinity of the apartments are the Dessau Hospital (900 m), the Nodus Vitalis care facility (100 m), the vocational school center with a sports hall, a golf course with the Junkers Hall, the Anhalt Arena, various educational institutions, and industrial parks with small and medium-sized businesses.
You can shop at Penny, Edeka, and Kaufland right in the immediate vicinity. Additionally, there are snack bars and restaurants within approximately 300 m to 1,000 m.
Upon request and by arrangement, it is possible to exchange the bed linens and towels provided once upon arrival free of charge. For longer stays, interim cleaning services are available upon request for 10 EUR each.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 19:00, and check-out is from 09:00 to 12:00.
