I do have to admit I was a little surprised to see the comments about the sofa, furniture, and electricity mentioned again in the review, as we discussed these points extensively during your stay and I immediately addressed the concerns. The sofa is indeed not brand new, but fortunately the situation was not as severe as described. I also explained at the time that a new sofa is already on its way, along with new beds for the downstairs bedrooms, as we are continuously improving and updating the villa. It is also important to mention that the rental price of the villa was partly based on the current condition and furnishings at the time of booking, which is reflected in the pricing compared to similar villas in the area. Regarding the electricity usage, this was indeed mentioned separately in several of my other listings, which is why I honestly assumed it was also clear here. Once you pointed out that it was not properly stated in this specific listing, I immediately apologized, updated the listing, and of course did not charge any electricity costs. Because this was resolved right away and discussed thoroughly in person, I was a bit surprised to see it mentioned again in the public review.
