Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.

Building Notice – Exterior Renovation Project (October 29 – December 1, 2025)
Please be advised that Marine Surf Waikiki will be undergoing an Exterior Concrete Repair and Painting Project from October 29 to December 1, 2025, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
During this period, lanai (balcony) access may be restricted. Exact lanai schedules will be determined by the building management, and we’ll be happy to share any updates once they’re available.
Building Notice – Ongoing Building Construction (Estimated Duration: 6 to 12 Months)
Please be advised that Marine Surf Waikiki is currently undergoing a major building-wide construction and improvement project, expected to continue for approximately 6 to 12 months.
During this period, guests may experience intermittent construction noise and restricted access to certain common areas, including the pool area, which will remain closed for the duration of the project.
Parking Notice: Parking will also be unavailable Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, during work hours. During these times, guests may relocate their vehicle to an alternate parking facility.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as the building works to enhance and maintain the property for everyone’s comfort and safety.
We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.
Please note that a $500 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter for further action. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and safe environment.
For the safety and security of all our guests, we may request a copy of valid ID for each arriving guest after the reservation is confirmed. This measure helps ensure a secure and trusted environment for everyone.
