New and modernly furnished vacation apartment near the city center, featuring a rooftop terrace and an underground parking garage with a private parking space.

Our lovingly and modernly furnished apartment on the second floor of a very quiet 6-unit apartment building in the Surheide neighborhood offers everything you need for a relaxing stay with up to 4 people in Bremerhaven.

In addition to the spacious living room with a dining area, a sleeper sofa, and an open kitchen, our newly built apartment features a cozy bedroom with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m box-spring bed, as well as a new bathroom with a shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, a toilet, and a guest restroom. The south-facing rooftop terrace is accessible from the living room and invites you to relax with its comfortable outdoor furniture.

Amenities include a 65-inch TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker (Nespresso Venturo—1 capsule per stay per adult included), electric kettle, toaster, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, silverware, dishes, towels, hair dryer, and bed linens. A washer-dryer is available in the apartment for an additional fee (€10 per stay for up to 7 days) and must be paid for at check-in if desired (color detergent is included in the price).

The accessible apartment on the 2nd floor is easily accessible by elevator. There is a small doorway leading to the rooftop terrace.

Bremerhaven’s attractions, such as the Emigration House, the “Sail-City” observation deck, the Maritime Museum, the Climate House, and the pedestrian zone, are approximately a 9-minute drive away. Furthermore, Bremerhaven has a container terminal featuring the world’s longest quay and Europe’s largest car transshipment hub, handling more than 2 million cars per year. Sightseeing tours can be booked locally and give you the opportunity to see the world’s largest container ships up close.

Upon your arrival—which we’ll coordinate with you (usually at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival)—we’ll personally show you around the apartment and gladly share tips on all the things you can experience in and around Bremerhaven. Since we want to protect our apartment and all other residents of the building, by making a reservation you agree to abide by the house rules and rental agreement—which you’ll receive upon request—so that we can continue to welcome wonderful guests to our apartment in the future.
