The condo comes with a very spacious lanai (balcony) that invites the fresh Hawaiian breeze with 180° views, super comfy queen-sized bed with Diamondhead/Ocean views on the 38F. Large swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ Grills, picnic tables and a fitness center.
Renovated in Jan, 2025.

Parking Info:
Parking is not included. Guests may park in the adjacent parking garage in the Island Colony for $35/day (rates are subject to change). Please pay attendant directly (ProPark).
The Island Colony has a front desk where you will check In. Our company as your host will send your information to register. We will contact you prior to arrival and available during your stay.
We are from the island and will be happy to share great places to see and do! The Island Colony is surrounded by many convenient stores (including in the building`s 6th floor), eateries and boutique shops all within a block. So, walking is great! Also in the same block is the city bus stop called `The Bus` where you can go everywhere on the island. There is also The Waikiki Trolley (fee) that is offered at various pick up points near by. Uber is always an option too!

Royal Hawaiian Center - about 6 min walk
Honolulu Zoo - 15min walk

*Please kindly refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine of $500. Should the building management issue a citation to us as owners and hosts, we will escalate the matter for further action. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
***Please be informed that the building management follows a mandatory water shut-off schedule every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 9am-12pm only to give way to maintenance services.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
***Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
****Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies.
If you want to cancel your booking, please note that we follow a strict cancellation policy. Also, we are unable to fulfill requests to shorten trip duration. Nevertheless, we are open and willing to accommodate any additional days or extensions you may require. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
