This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, direct oceanfront condo. With a fully equipped kitchen you can feel right at home without actually being at home. This unit also has flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room as well as a washer & dryer. This unit can accommodate 6 with 1 queen in the master bedroom (purple mattress), 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom (memory foam), and a twin over twin bunk bed in the living room.

Located at 1709 S. Ocean Blvd., San-A-Bel is a seven story, concrete and steel oceanfront property located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. The building has a three-story parking garage, indoor pool, oceanfront hot tub and easy access to the beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theaters, and championship golf courses.

Nice Condo with a Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay especially the grandchildren. The condo is in a great location, close to restaurants and entertainment, and has direct access to the beach. The view is gorgeous.

This unit has a great view! The beds are very comfortable. The bunk bed is great for smaller adults or kids. It fits in the living area perfectly. The bedrooms are on the small side but , each one has its own attached bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked! Extra sheet sets and blankets were available in the unit. Plenty of chairs on the balcony to enjoy the oceanfront amazing view. There are two easy access areas to get to the beach. Note: each beach access has steps. (No ramp)The parking garage was fantastic! Security was always on the property and very friendly! There is a delicious Irish pub next door. The food and drinks are great! Walking distance to a mini mart, ice cream, and one beach store.It was obvious that having a clean place was the goal! I was very impressed! We will definitely book this place again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean and tidy. We were there for an event in OD so we had to drive up there each day. There are bunk beds in the living room which narrowed the space but still enough room for a family of four. Nice balcony area and great beach view.

There was no notification of the construction that was occuring during the stay. There was jackhammering all day long and the hot was closed. The ocean view and balcony were nice.

A day at the beach is better than a day at home...

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived late at night but picking up our packet from the office was so easy. Photos of condo matched the condo upon arrival. Condo was spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens. We did find candy and brownie wrappers on the top bunk that were missed by cleaning and also a few other things we randomly found throughout the home that were missed - seems the cleansers just “hit the obvious spots” and went on. The floors were full of sand (I know we were at the beach) but the next morning after we arrived late I was up sweeping and mopping and WOW the amount of sand we swept up with a broom alone was excessive for a “cleaned condo”. I did report this to the rental office. Also, the water in the shower of the secondary bedroom was not hot at all - luke warm at best so everyone had to schedule when they were going to shower in the master bathroom - when you have teens (especially a girl) this takes more time. I also reported this to the office and they said they would alert maintenance but no one came during our stay to look at it or fix the issue. I reminded the rental office again when I turned in our pool bands as we were leaving and the response I got was “oh ok”. The pool was nice, but the hot tub needed repaired (you have to hold the button in for about 30 seconds for the jets to come on then they don’t stay on long). Security said the issue was a known issue and someone had been out to look at it earlier the week before and they had to order parts. Beachfront was nice and not terribly crowded during our time - we seen dolphins multiple times. We always have a great time at the beach no matter what - we made the best of it.

This condo was exactly as pictured and the perfect amount of space for my family of 5!! It was clean and very up to date. The balcony gave us a breathtaking oceanfront view. The pool being inside was wonderful for the post sunburn days and the host was more than helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!
