Lovely Three Bedroom Retreat in Ocean Grove Five Blocks from the Beach!

Enjoy your stay at our cozy house in historic Ocean Grove! The three bedrooms sleep six—perfect for friends, families, and beach lovers looking to experience all that the Jersey Shore offers. The house, which has an enclosed courtyard, is centrally located to downtown Ocean Grove (a five-minute walk), the beach and boardwalk (a five-minute walk), Asbury Park and the Stone Pony (a fifteen-to-twenty-minute walk), Bradley Beach (a ten-minute walk), and the train station (a fifteen-minute walk).

The first floor has a comfortable living room (with TV), dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking supplies, along with a full set of dinnerware and cutlery, a coffee maker, a toaster oven, and a microwave.

All bedrooms are on the second floor: bedroom 1 has a queen bed and TV, bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has a daybed with a pull-out twin. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a pocket door.

Each floor has a full bath; the one on the first floor includes a full-size washer and dryer.

We provide four Ocean Grove beach passes, beach towels, four beach chairs, sheets, linens, towels, and general household supplies such as dishwashing and laundry supplies, paper towels, and shower essentials. Most rooms have a window air conditioner.

Policies:
• Parking is on street; there are no assigned spaces.
• Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis, with an additional fee (one small non-shedding dog under 25 pounds at the owner’s discretion).
• No smoking.
• No events or parties.
• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Minimum one week rental (Saturday to Saturday); discounts for monthly rentals.
