This property offers a primary home + guest home. The primary home has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen with two fridges, washer and dryer, and spacious living room. The guest house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining table, and outdoor porch with grill.

The homes share a regulation size pickleball court with a basketball hoop. There are disc golf baskets located in the lower field; bring your own discs!

This space is located less than a mile from downtown Greer, and perfect for hosting, events, retreats, and families.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own television, luxury bedding, and blackout curtains.
