Guest Access:

The concierge desk is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM only. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate arrangements with the building team.

The building address — Vine Street — is a central thoroughfare in Cincinnati that intersects the downtown core and also connects toward historic/nearby neighbourhoods like Over-the-Rhine (OTR).



Getting Around:

The neighborhood around Parisian on Vine is one of the most walkable areas in Cincinnati. Daily errands, dining, entertainment, and major attractions are all accessible on foot, making it easy to explore without a car. Vine Street places you directly in the downtown core, with wide sidewalks, pedestrian-friendly streets, and well-lit routes day and night. As per building policy, ALL guests over the age of 18 must provide a government issued ID upon booking.

The guest completing the booking must complete a background check through our secure 3rd party screening system.



Building amenities such as the pool and hot tub are managed and maintained by the building. Availability and heating depend on required parts and maintenance schedules, which are outside of our control. While we do our best to share updates, access and functionality cannot be guaranteed.
