The first floor boasts crown moldings, travertine floors, and granite counter-tops culminating in a gorgeous golf course view. The kitchen has stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, featuring a full size stove and a full size refrigerator with ice maker. A breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining table with seating for six provide plenty of space for you and your loved ones to enjoy quality time over meals. The living room features a pull out couch with a large high definition flat screen T.V.. The entertainment center is complete with cable, internet, and a DVD library for your enjoyment. A vanity half bath is located downstairs, for your convenience! A back patio with seating allows you to make the most of the provided propane grill and relaxing golf course views.
