Midtown is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots in the area.
We wanted to provide parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need parking, so we've purchased a gated parking space in the lot across the street from the building, and rent the space for $15/night as a convenient add-on option for those who need it. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and include all local and state taxes, so the rate you see is the rate you pay! We offer huge discounts for guests staying longer than a week –35% off stays 7+ nights, 65% off stays 28+ nights.

☆Rental Policy☆
Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $295, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

●Access easy to follow photo check-in and check-out instructions

●Purchase optional add-on services
Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:
1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services
2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check
3. Sign rental agreement
4. Provide credit card for incidentals
5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)
Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.
☆Cancellations+Alterations☆
Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

Great stay, great pool with great views. Loved the amount of native and herbal plants placed around the outside of the property on the 5th and 7th floor areas. Check in process was super easy. Host gave great detailed directions. Location was perfect within the city. We parked directly outside the place on the street. No issues at all. The only thing I would recommend is to get real plants inside the apartment. Numerous fake plants everywhere was a bit of a drab compared to the rest of the property. But our favorite part was the rooftop pool with the grill and the game area on the 5th floor area! Definitely something I would return for!

Exactly as advertised, we felt comfortable walking to enterprise center during day but wouldn’t at night. Clean and well appointed. Occasionally we did smell pot even though non smoking building.

I am profoundly grateful for the exceptional accommodation provided at this establishment. The host consistently demonstrates a remarkable level of expertise in delivering superior service to all guests. Furthermore, numerous supplementary amenities are available to enrich your experience. The host's responsiveness, even during late evening and early morning hours, was particularly commendable.The host has meticulously anticipated every conceivable need. While I have frequented various accommodations, this is the first location I would consider revisiting. This accommodation is one I would readily utilize again.Securing a reservation here is highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

The property and amenities were exactly as described. The building is nice and the unit had everything we needed and expected from it. It was nice being only a 5-10 minute drive away from all the things we wanted to do in St. Louis. The host was communicative and helpful. I didn't have needs or problems during the stay, but I felt like I could reach out if I had. Check-in and -out instructions were detailed yet straightforward and clear. I guess I made assumptions about a few things when I booked the stay, like I missed reading that the pool opened on Memorial Day (we stayed the week before) and that parking was available but that there wasn't free/included parking on site. We ended up paying (upgrading) for access to the gated parking lot, and we had no issues or concerns with it otherwise. We felt safe in the area and the street was never busy. For the apartment itself, it was also just as described - clean and comfortable. I'll add that the mattress is firm (we slept great), the living room sounds echoey because of the tall ceilings but there's not much noise from surrounding units, and the shower is the kind without a door, so the water kinda splashed out if we weren't careful.Overall, it was a nice stay and I'm glad we chose this property.
