This newly remodeled and newly furnished 1500 sq.-ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with sparkling pool is centrally located near the downtown section of town. It is very close to restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores, shops, bowling, beach, London Bridge, marina, boat ramps, banks, post office, churches, hospital, doctor offices and the golf course.

We welcome you into a home with an open and inviting floor plan. The fully-equipped kitchen has new countertops and bar seating. You will find everything you need to feel at home here: coffee pot, toaster, blender, mixer, electric griddle, utensils, and serviceware for a large family. The dining room comfortably seats 7 and the kitchen dining area seats 5. Garage parking is included and there is plenty of room to park your RV and your boat. A finished wall and gating surrounds the property for privacy all around.

The spacious living room has seating for the whole family to watch or play on the 50” flat-screen TV. The family room has seating for 4 just around the corner.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, 32” flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, private bath, and lighted ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, lighted ceiling fan, and view of the pool.

Bedroom 3 has a full bed, DVD-TV, lighted ceiling fan, and walk-in closet.

****House comfortably sleeps 6-10 people, utilizing 3 beds, sectional couch or air mattresses****

Outside, the covered patio has a table and six chairs overlooking the pool with six additional chairs for seating around the pool. A propane grill is available for your grilling pleasure.

The laundry area is complete with washer and dryer, ironing board, and cleaning items.

There is DISH TV throughout and Internet.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu. House had lots of space! Pretty much everything we needed!!Sorry we didn’t get nicer weather to enjoy the lovely pool and outside area!!!Great destination! Dated furniture but sufficient.

Brother and nephew

My family came to visit with our Mom and needed the private home to work out of. The home sits on a busy corner so it was a bit noisy at times. The accommodations were exactly what they needed.

Terrible location, loud, cars all the time.

The house was fine. Nothing special. But the noise was so bad. This house is on a 4 lane road and at a 4-way stop. So loud. All day and all night.

Great little getaway

Had a great time. No issues for me on my trip, enjoyed my time. As mentioned on other reviews noisy intersection was noticeable, but not a factor for me on my stay. The location was worth it. Location was close to everything needed.

Convenient Location

We arrived and the home was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to enjoy our time there as well as enough kitchen supplies to make our own meals while on vacation. We loved lounging by the pool and sitting on the patio. The only thing negative is that if you are a light sleeper do not take the master bedroom due to traffic at the 4-way stop sign. This place was great and minutes from everything.

The month of January 2023!

The host and the home were great, along with the central location to everything. We brought our Polaris Ranger and was able to easily access the trails. Would love to have the pool be heated, maybe by the next time we return to Lake Havasu. The stay was great, the only drawback was, the traffic. It is at a busy intersection, and it is busy all the time.

Everything was so easy!

Tom was such an amazing host! As soon as it got close to our trip, he reached out with all of the details and asked if we had any questions. It's always so welcoming when you know you can communicate with someone who will respond in case you need anything! The house was in the middle of Havasu, so close to everything. The house was so cute and remodeled and everything was spotless. Anything you could ever imagine needing was already in the house (which was really nice to have). The layout was very spacious and felt even bigger than the pictures looked! The pool was nice because I think it was only maybe 4ft deep throughout, so you could stand and hangout in the water. Everything was perfect from the host, to the location to the actual house. Also, plenty of parking!

Top-notch experience

For our first snowbird winter in Lake Havasu City, we found a great place to call home. Tom is an excellent host, sending information in timely manner for check-in, replying to all of our questions within minutes, quickly resolving the few minor items that came up, and respecting our privacy by alerting us to scheduled service work. Everything in the home was in excellent working condition and it was well-stocked with the essentials as well as many extras not often found in vacation rentals. It was easy to get to all the places we liked to frequent and we met so many friendly folks. Others remarked about the traffic noise and it is quite loud at times, being located on a main thoroughfare a couple blocks from the fire station with sirens as well as loud ATV, motorbike, diesel trucks stopping and accelerating at the 4-way stop. If you can’t tolerate this, look further. For us, it didn’t offset all the pluses nearly enough to ding the 5-star rating it deserves.

Exceeded Expectations

The property was perfect with plenty of parking for 3 boats. The house had plenty of space for our large group and was conveniently located to launch ramps, gas stations, and restaurants. Tom was friendly and accommodating. We definitely hope to return. :)

Very clean and convenient

The property was clean and well kept. The location is close to the downtown area and several restaurants nearby. The host was very quick to respond and answer our concerns. I would suggest a file in the house detailing procedures regarding garbage pick up, TV operation, locking up the place, recommended tourism sites, pool operation, etc. Other than being on a somewhat noisy and busy street, I would recommend the place!

Lake Trip

This is a great lake house. It had everything we needed for a lake getaway. Only reason I gave location 4 stars is the Acoma is a main road and the stop sign is out front and cars are just loud at night. A couple shots of tequila before bed blocked that noise out. Tom, the owner, is very quick to respond back and I really appreciated that. House is great and yes, I would recommend and stay here again.
