Private Master Suite/Courtyard in Prime NW Fresno

Nestled in one of the most prestigious and safest neighborhoods in NW Fresno, this 800 sq. ft. master suite offers a private entrance and courtyard, Wi-Fi, self check-in, and amble parking.

The suite is ideally located for exploring Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon, nearby lakes, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Guests will also find shopping, coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants close by. The suite is ideal for those attending family events, weddings, or other private occasions.
The space
Perfect for responsible adults and travelers, this modern private master suite offers complete privacy with no shared space. It features a queen bed with luxurious bedding and extra pillows, a sofa, a dedicated workspace, ample storage, and a large closet. The spacious bathroom includes double sinks, a separate shower, and a full-size jetted jacuzzi tub, with complimentary toiletries provided.

The suite is equipped with a 60-inch Smart TV, Wi-Fi, mini kitchenette including a refrigerator/freezer/microwave, Keurig, tea kettle, and automatic coffee machine. Guests are supplied with K-Cups, coffee, tea, and light refreshments and snacks.

Step outside to enjoy the furnished courtyard or take a safe walk through the beautifully landscaped neighborhood with nearby Starbucks, restaurants, and bars.
Guest access
Guests have access to the private courtyard adjacent to the suite. Exterior security cameras are installed near the private entrance, the main house, and the far end of the property; there are no cameras inside the suite or courtyard. The gated private entrance features a deadbolt keypad for self check-in. Your personalized door code will be sent via the Vrbo platform on the day of arrival before the 3:00 PM check-in. A key for the sliding door will also be provided. Identification may be requested as part of our security policy.
Other things to note
Our Vrbo is designed for mature, responsible adults seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay. All guests must provide accurate information to the host and Airbnb.

Parties and loud noise are not permitted, and guests are expected to show mutual respect at all times. Weapons are not allowed unless you are law enforcement, and illegal substances or activity are strictly prohibited.

A microwave is available for light warming only. Hot plates, BBQs, and other cooking appliances are not permitted. To keep the space fresh and comfortable, please avoid heating foods with strong or lingering odors.

Please help conserve energy and water by turning off appliances and not leaving water running. The spa and jetted tub require special care: never turn on the spa without water, only one person may use it at a time, and the jets must be off while draining.

Guests are welcome to contact the host at any time; messages received after 10:00 PM will be addressed as soon as possible unless it is an emergency. We are excited to host you and look forward to providing a private, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.
