Our home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and was just built in January of 2026.

To ensure a wonderful experience for our guests and to be respectful of our neighbors, the home is not suitable for parties or events, and pets are not permitted.

We are happy to host families and responsible groups who are looking to enjoy a beautiful, peaceful space.

This brand-new, modern, custom-built home sleeps up to 14 adults plus one infant/toddler across 5 thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Four bedrooms feature plush king-size beds, including a versatile office/guest room with a Murphy king bed. The fifth bedroom offers an adult-rated queen-over-queen bunk bed, with each bunk supporting up to 400 lbs. The living area includes a comfortable queen pullout sofa with a real mattress—no uncomfortable sleepers here. Every bedroom is equipped with a large, brand-new smart TV.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, waffle iron, toaster, blender, and air fryer. Step outside to your private oasis featuring a heated pool and jacuzzi, enclosed by a screened pool cage for bug-free evenings. The outdoor space also includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and state-of-the-art BBQ, ideal for entertaining and al fresco dining. A second-floor patio offers a pool table, perfect for friendly competitions and evening fun.
