Inside, Unit A offers a comfortable and thoughtfully arranged living space perfect for beach days and relaxed evenings. The living room welcomes you with a smart TV, plush couch, and two additional chairs for lounging or movie nights. The kitchen blends convenience and style with stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and French press for coffee lovers, and counter seating for two. A full dining table for six makes sit-down meals easy, whether you’re cooking in or bringing back local favorites. Or gather outside on the private deck to share your meals al fresco at the table for six while enjoying the coastal breeze



Designed for comfort and convenience in a prime walkable location, this Oceanside home offers the perfect base for a laid-back Southern California getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom, shared with bedroom 3, with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a full size sleeper sofa and a Jack & Jill bathroom, shared with bedroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Street parking for up to 2 vehicles available.

- Please note that this unit is a sister unit to Monarch Cove B & C. Each of these units are private, however, guests may see guests from the other units coming and going during their stay.

- This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:

(1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the walkway to the door.

(2) located at the left side of the shared walkway and actively monitoring this walkway,

(3) located at the right side of the shared walkway and actively monitoring this walkway.
