The vacation rental is located right in the beautiful historic old town, on the shopping and strolling street. There are shops on the first floor. The vacation rental itself is located high up in the attic (4th floor = 76 steps) and offers a rooftop terrace/balcony with a fantastic view over the rooftops of Waren, and you can see Lake Müritz on the horizon. You can park your car in public parking lots (no private parking space!) about a 10-minute walk away. There is a dedicated bicycle storage room in the building.

This attic vacation apartment features a living room with a couch, dining table, and flat-screen TV. There is also a loft accessible by ladder where a third person can sleep. This sleeping loft with a mattress has a headroom of 145 cm; it has no railing, so it is only suitable for older children. The bedroom features 2 single beds (100 x 220 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. The kitchen nook (open to the living room) has a ceramic cooktop with an oven, microwave, and sink. Access to the rooftop terrace is via a hatch through a skylight. Due to its attic location, the apartment has its own unique, cozy charm.
